The information pack has been developed to provide basic information to Carers across the county and those who work within Surrey Carers. To Order Carer Leaflets

There are a number of other Carer leaflets which are available for Carers who visit your surgery. These include the CArers Emgency leaflet and card. Carers are encouraged to carry this card with them while they are out in case they are involved in an accident. The card allerts the authorities that there is someone at home who needs care.
